This year’s theme “20 Years of Community Partnerships: The Past, Present, and Future.” We will celebrate the accomplishments of being a major catalyst for healthy living in Miami-Dade through policy, system and environmental change in Miami-Dade County that have occurred over the past 20 years. The event will highlight the initiatives promoted by the Consortium and its partners that contribute to Miami-Dade County achieving optimal health.
