SPEAKERS BUREAU
The Consortium for a Healthier Miami-Dade Speakers’ Bureau is comprised of Consortium members who are experts in a variety of health topics related to the various committees. As a service to the community, members of the Speakers' Bureau are available to give presentations and educate the community on their area of expertise for free. COMMUNITY HEALTH OUTREACH PROGRAM (C.H.O.P.)
The Community Health Outreach Program (C.H.O.P.) is an initiative of the Consortium for a Healthier Miami-Dade aimed at centralizing health events in the community to effectively link health services and reach all areas of our county. To register your event with the Consortium for a Healthier Miami-Dade, please complete the following steps:
1. Check our Event Calendar to make sure that the date is clear for your event.
2. Complete the CHOP Health Fair Form to request that your event be posted on the calendar. The form will be shared with the Consortium for a Healthier Miami Dade’s distribution list of service providers. Consortium members will then contact you directly to discuss their availability to participate in your event.
